    Quoting and Multi Quoting.

    Quoting a post.

If you want to reply to a person and quote what they've said, simply reply to the relevant thread by using the button. Their entire posting will be quoted in your reply.

NOTE: you can edit the quoted post to pare it down to the relevant point you wish to address.

    Multi quoting posts.

Sometimes, however, you may want to reply to more than one posting by picking out the relevant points from each to reply to an argument.

To do this, locate the postings that you want to reply to and then click the button for each post you wish to quote. The button will turn from blue to orange to indicate that the post has been selected for quoting. Repeat this for each post you want to quote.

When you've chosen the posts you wish to reply to simply reply using the standard button and the multiple postings will be included in your reply window.

Again, the quoted posts can be edited so that only the points you wish to address are included.

Is there any chance the limit for PMs could be increased from 50? I understand that ins and outs can be moved to another folder, but I assume that they still count towards the 50 limit.

Penny, can you try again with the .avi file.

They have to be enabled and I think I've done it right.

    Hello John,

Is there a way to get notification that someone has posted while you have been composing a reply?
I have looked in the CP and found nothing.

Doesn't it normally tell you when you hit post?

Or am I thinking of other boards?

If someone has posted while you were replying, you should find that your post appears as a new post when you click on new posts.

I would like to be able to view the new post before I submit my own.
My post my need to change to account for new information or my have been made redundant altogether.
