    Another medical reference site

The national Healths' "National Library for Health"

    http://www.library.nhs.uk/Default.aspx

It will search Bandolier, Cochrane, Pubmed and other reliable sites. It also has access to similar US projects

Yeah - we've got a version of it that we're installing in our software at work so I got to play with it on work time :)

Will it bypass the usual protocols i.e. Pubmed abstracts as opposed to the full version?

Hmm - not sure, all I can say is all of the test searches I tried came back with full (and free) papers.
