Littlejohn: Spare us the 'People's Prostitute' routine...

Here's a fabulous article by Richard Littlejohn writing in the Daily Wail:

It reminds me why I don't read this trashy paper.

    What a dickhead.

I haven't read the rag in years, but I see they are still upholding traditional moral principles such as respect for the memory of the dead and compassion for the wretched.

You're right, John. It's just that I wonder whether " dickhead" really does the man justice. " Sack of ordure" might be nearer the mark...

    No. And you are?

When Blair gets back from saving the Middle East, don't be surprised if he turns up at the funeral of one of these unfortunate women to deliver a lip-trembling, tear-stained eulogy: "She was the People's Prostitute".
I think Blair has already got that base fairly well covered.

omg what an awful thing to say. In this age of over-zealous political correctness I'm surprised he got away with that!!

I think the only worthwhile point he made there was that 'drugs wreck lives'

well lets just hope non of his friends or family ever end up drug addicts, they sure won't get any help or sympathy from him!

What a horrible little man! >:(

I wouldn't be surprised if he feels this way because he picked up something nasty at one of the massuers he mentioned!
