Last year I was nominated for some sort of undeserved recognition over the fake detector campaign. Nice though it was to be given a pat on the back by people I consider my intellectual superiors, I think, as we come to the end of the year, we should collectively recognise those who I think are the real heroes of ukskeps and indeed beyond.
Dr B and all doing proper research into unexplained phenomenon. In the long run it is only good scientific research which explains away mysticism that will nail it bit by bit.
Matt/Pebble and others who are an absolute fount of knowledge and appear to have the memories of elephants.
JJ for keeping the site going. If nothing else a place to have a good rant, but in fact so much more than that!!
And to all the other tenacious regular basterds. It is inglorious work sometimes but well worth it. Ta v.much!! At least from me. There are too many to mention, but thanks for the insights, laughs and seriously good work to all what do it.

I would also like to mention tolman for his ruthless but fair analysis of comment that is not entirely evidence based, Harryprice for his openminded approach which helps keep believers from disregarding this site and DrS who contributes to civility and hugely to common sense when degeneration threatens.
