Not sure how I encountered this one. Looks like an anti-immo site. Not sure if it's been seen before?
Anyway, thought better if our more medically minded brethren took a look, and decide if worth pursuing.

Steven Novella wrote about this a few days ago. [Link works if you copy and paste the whole url.]
http://theness.com/neurologicablog/?p=2467Mercola, who runs a highly commercialized website, chock full of health misinformation and anti-SBM propaganda, has started off the week with a broadside against the flu vaccine in an article titled: “New Proof that This Common Medical Treatment is Unnecessary and Ineffective”.
EDIT. Had to search "Gish Gallop" -http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/index.p...le=Gish_gallopThe Gish Gallop is an informal name for a rhetorical technique in debates that involves drowning the opponent in half-truths, lies, straw men, and bullshit to such a degree that the opponent cannot possibly answer every falsehood that has been raised, usually resulting in many involuntary twitches in frustration as the opponent struggles to decide where to start. It is named after creationism activist and professional debater Duane Gish.

My initial thought, is that given he works in the US, freedom of speech laws there would trump any attempt to go after him legally.
Though I note the FDA keep an eye on him.

Just briefly scanning down the page came across this...
...I don't think that that is the worst that can happen, unless of course you have a strange set of priorities where you rank being delayed above being dead.Rule No. 7: You may travel wherever you wish in the world without vaccination. The worst that can happen is that in very rare circumstances you may be detained temporarily.
