So far....
Just about a week now since 2 HertySkeps met in Hemel Old Town - sadly Smudge couldn't make it. An informal and enjoyable meeting discussing nothing too seriously, with Alganbagerap enjoying his draught Bombardier and me my grapefruit juice, being TT. (cough)
We are hoping to arrange another meet in a few weeks - this time possibly in St Albans. Hope Smudge can be there, and anyone else from Beds, Bucks or anywhere else, really.
I don't think we expect the meetings to develop into a full SiTP thing, just a pleasant social gathering, hopefully.
St Albans certainly easier for me to get too. I suggest the St Michaels Fishpool St area. Handy car park (museum/park) and choice of four or five pubs to 'sample'.
A 50% increase in attendance at HertySkeps is anticipated later today. Hopefully 3 of us will turn up at the Six Bells in St Albans around 7.30, bearing in mind the usual pseudopsychic excuse (unforseen circumstances). Anyone else who can make it would be very welcome.

Unfortunately, because of ill-health, only 2 of us managed to get to the meeting. Still, a very pleasant time we had, chatting informally on a wide range of topics. The pub, though very pleasant, was also surprisingly busy and we were lucky to find a seat.
Next meeting in January probably, either on a different evening or at a different pub. And hoping to reach the magic 3!
Well done on this.....If I were closer I would pop along most definately.
