Maybe Skeptics are turned into tomorrow's fossil fuel.
Oh hello, I'd forgotten all about UK skeptics.
There ain't no heaven guys. But skeptics do die, and from the looks of things, so do forums too. Commiserations.
Hmm I suppose you think that a feverish person thrashing around trying to shake of an infection, being more active is therefore more alive than someone sitting back with a cup of tea to watch question time.
No the forum isn't dead, but there does seem to be a lull in the troll count right now. (or at least there did seem to be until about 12:45 this morning)
Geddoutofit. You're the trolls, being abusive towards anybody who tries to engage in serious discussion. Hence there aren't any serious discussions any more, and this forum is moribund.
Ha ha!I've been reading the US Amazon science discussion threads for a couple of years now (fascinating during the elections in 2008!) and I've seen the disruptive work of trolls over there, so I know just what you mean by troll, and I'm glad I know this one before getting involved, so thanx for the heads up on Farsight, people.... and Farsight, if you say anything sensible I will consider it as I would any other comments... but I shall avoid you like a germ if you spout trollish nonsense. Care to discuss like an adult human being at all? Or are you an idealogue?
Wait, what am I doing inviting a troll to converse! OOps, forget it, as I say, I've seen too much trolling already! Goodbye.
Sure, I'm happy to discuss anything in a civil fashion, using carefully thought-out logic backed up by evidence and references. My main interest is physics. I've started threads such as this one. What's interesting from a skeptical viewpoint is that there's no evidence for it whatsoever, but people "believe" in it. Have a look at the post to decide for yourself who's a troll and who's not.
