From your 'stuck in the middle' comment, do I understand that most of your associates would still find this place uncomfortable?
If so is that because of the aggression or the difference in beliefs/reason? After all you will rarely find christians contributing to muslim sites, or indeed equal rights activists on fascist sites.

Just teasing bindeweede.
But if any skeptics do have what might be considered as weird beliefs, might they be apprehensive about posting them? I certainly know that to be true of one Skeptic.
Even by my standards, I find it weird. It's nothing to do with the paranormal btw.

rainbows, could you clarify what "weird beliefs" the skeptic you know believes in?
Very wise. I'm always right you know.
It's all worth thinking about as if we ever kick-start UKS again and decide to 'do something' then we need to recognise that we're very small, we have no funding or money, and no position of power or influence. So if we do become active then we need to maximise the little effect we can have.
.
What about a quirky video of YouTube that becomes a cult success?
Maybe privately BW.Will be in touch.
John Jackson, I'll focus on the positives![]()
Your forum has done a lot to help me understand skepticism.
Some of the members here have been wonderful![]()
There may be....er...some things we don't see eye to eye on but I do respect you.
You would be one of my first port of calls regarding any questions I may have and I would direct people to you also.
If you do need help with a YouTube quirky video..![]()
