Gordon Smith is often held up by believers to be one of the best, if not the best, medium out there. He's certainly media savvy and says the right things and portrays a pleasant persona but, of course, that doesn't mean he has genuine psychic ability: he's just good at playing the part.
If you look at the language involved in psychic readings it always falls into the same pattern (it has to otherwise it doesn't 'work') and Gordon Smith's use of language in interaction looks exactly the same as any other cold-reading psychic claimant.
