Well that was a bloody waste of time and money then wasn't it? Why on earth do they bother?

No change there. No matter who you vote for, the Government always gets in.

Remember, Gordon Brown declared even before the report from the special commission on drugs that he had no intention of changing the law. That's when I knew he wasn't fit to govern... what's the point in commissioning a report you have no intention of considering?

And now these ConDem twits insist that Britain will "remain a first rate military power" with Trident and all, so social care must pay for the banks' treason (they should be hung for treason, since their actions have threatened our nation's viability, according to the government, it seems... why no contractual obligation on their part to repay the money we gave them?)

Yes we are so desperate to reduce borrowing as quickly as possible, we must crush the poor with "fair" cuts and destroy the fabric of our society, but we can keep Trident, let the banks off virtually scot free, and now keep funding magical snake oil on the NHS!

As Barnum (or was it Mark Twain?) said, no one ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the public.


PS I take back the hanging point, murder by the State is wrong... now, an angry mob crushing the bankers under the waves of their righteous mass... nah, murder is WRONG! But these bastards test my principles to breaking point!
