Now you're just putting words in my mouth - I thought this forum was for discourse - not for outright slander.

So your quest for 'truth' involves acting like a prick on forums, does it?

    Who's an atheist?

    Who are you arguing against?

I suspect it's your own preconceptions.

I'm beginning to agree with you now.

    Fair enough.

You've scared the troll off. I hadn't finished laughing at it. This board is always more fun when we have a thick twot like Tim to laugh at.

Furthermore why are people like you so quick to flame - you expect these guys to present a formal analysis of a subject so why do you think your own rules don't apply and for god/probabilities sake provide a formal rebuttal please.
Not a great opener. OK so you want dispassionate analysis - but come one this site is obvious nonsense, some times ridicule is deserved. If you truly wnated dispassionate comment, the logical recourse is to provide said comment yourself and then invite comment - see some of Matt's comments on recent nonsense and you will get the idea.

At least as an agnostic I can honestly put my hands up and say I haven't got a f*cking clue. To us agnostics you guys are like our Islamic fundamentalists.

I do have to ask what the benefit in agnosticism is? To me it seems like a non statement, I would like to dismiss all this religious nonsese, but am not yet sufficiently confident that I can do that - so I keep all options open. Either religion makes sense - be a theist, or magical figures int he sky have no relevance and no supporting logic and bite the bullet.
