Yes a bad ghost figure, but to be fair to the people of Grimsby, they only got Electricity and camara's for the first time in January. They're only just getting used to the technology.

I get sent paranormal photos, and the occasional video, for comment all the time. I'm really glad no one sent me this one! This kind of thing usually ends up in a big argument. The fact that it was given to the media tends to fit the pattern for this sort of video.
