I must confess to a weakness for offbeat interpretations of signs and headlines. Some more:
In Buxton there's a sign to "alternative tourist parking"; what are alternative tourists and why do they need separate parking?
The roadside sign advertising "stable manure" always makes me wonder about unstable manure - how much is needed to reach critical mass?
