"A reflexologist told patients he could cure them by using a vibrator to give them orgasms, a court has heard."

I find this incredible:
"She also told the jury that Hill had two previous convictions for sexually assaulting female patients."
After two offenses, surely he'd be on the sex offenders register and therefore under some sort of oversight - so why on earth was he allowed to set up any sort of 'medical' business?
He's obviously dodgy, she's obviously stupid. Dynamite combination.
But sex offenders are - supposedly!
The whole point of the sex-offenders' register is that offenders have to report regularly to a police station and the police are supposed to monitor the offender's activities. If the police didn't pick up on the fact that the guy was in a position to re-offend, then clearly the system doesn't work.
Of course I'm just assuming that the guy was on the sex-offenders' register - if he wasn't then a different question arises. With two convictions for sexual assault on patients, why wasn't he on the register?
I suspect that some of his patients might have been sorry he was arrested....it sounds a lot more fun than most medical procedures![]()
Also suggests that lots of women do not get orgasms, which gave him the possiblitiy to do this.
So it must be the husbands or boyfriends fault in the first place. I think this logic was used by lawyer when my second wife was caught taking things from shops.
