I had some junk mail today that told me how could 'look rich and successful...'. That's a bit of a come down! They used to promise to MAKE me rich and successful! Maybe even spammers are being affected by the credit crunch.

Admittedly, It is an easier promise to come through, with isnt it? Simple advice like reeking of wine, and demanding goodie bags at every event would do the trick.

Indeed, most of the (few) wealthy people I've known have looked like the least likely rich folks. Aside from bosses I've had, they've generally looked fairly like most of the poor people I know, only more so. Sadly, this does not work in reverse; otherwise I'd own half the planet.
