    Ah, Patrick Holford.

I'm afraid I only got through half of the article when my eyes started to go funny. But it does seem to suggest he might not be all he claims -

I just heard him on 5Live this morning, talking about the latest vitamin study. He doesn't think it was a valid study

I read his book and tried the pills for over a year, and could discern no noteable difference in my general health. Then again, I am a fairly fit, active person with a good and varied diet. It maybe that someone who lives on burger and chips would benefit from vitamin supplements, but to say that we all can benefit may be a claim too far.

It seems that Patrick Holford is no longer a Visiting Professor at Tesside University.
a call to Teesside confirms that the reception don’t have a record of any Professor Holford at the University.

Stelios Kiosses, founder Trihealth Consultants Ltd, is one of the most successful exponents of human development and stress management.
He said: "We are privileged to have the services of a practitioner with Prof Holford's reputation. He has successfully treated thousands of patients and carried out original research on schizophrenia and learning difficulties.

    Just some doubt here,............
