I just heard him on 5Live this morning,talking about the latest vitamin study. He doesn't think it was a valid study![]()
I read his book and tried the pills for over a year, and could discern no noteable difference in my general health. Then again, I am a fairly fit, active person with a good and varied diet. It maybe that someone who lives on burger and chips would benefit from vitamin supplements, but to say that we all can benefit may be a claim too far.
