Seems to be in part targetted at Africa - there are several free downloads to cure all manor of illness just for Africa. Which in itself is particularly unpleasent.

Naive believer or totally exploitative scammer? I'm leaning towards the latter.

I went through the "personalised download" process to be presented with a "Accept the disclaimer before downloading" - and lo! The page returns a 404.
