It sometimes feels like we're going backwards in time.
In the last decade I've felt, for the first time in my life, as though science is under attack. As someone who loves science, it's a bad feeling.
I wouldn't get too downhearted. Those kind of extremists are in the minority, even in Texas.

He should have said that the moon produces its own light and that it gives out cold in the same way the sun gives out heat. Why not? It worked for Dante!
