Thread: "non-evasive psychic surgery"

I agree but still it seems to me that he implies the threats are from sceptics since he associates "harassment" with the threats. It is intended to smear, I think

That's what it sounds like to me... I just got the impression he wants you lot to leave him alone (and who could blame him?) so started using a legal-sounding word like "harassment". Probably a not-so-subtle attempt to scare you off.

It won't work, mind. I still don't think he's grasped the fact he's not as bright as the people he's debating.

The people on here know they've done nothing wrong and the burden of proof will be with him yet again.... and we've all seen how good he is in that department

By the way, my compliments to those doing the research here. Stellar job.

You bipedal apes, you stump-tailed tree-shrews, you desiccated lobe-fins, you vertebrated worms, you Hoxed-up sponges, you newcomers on the block, you eukaryotes, you barely distinguishable congregations of a monotonously narrow parish, you are little more than fancy froth on the surface of bacterial life."
Watch out, the bacteria are pissed off.

I don't think he's capable, as an "indigo", of grasping that.

    More from Gary.
For comment like the oranges and the dog - These bits of information were passed onto me from someone who does have a medical knowledge. Infact both comments came from the same person. I fully trust this person and as you see from the evidence presented the orange claim is true. However if you listen to my talk you will find that I clearly state this is my opinion it is not backed up by any medical evidence so take what you want from it.
I've asked him to name the person who passed on these gems. Do you think he will tell me?

Oh, the evidence about the oranges...................

Has anyone told the woos yet that there is acid in Oranges?

And we all know how terrible acid is....

Anyway, I did a search on Snopes to see if the Oranges arsenic thing has ever registered there. The closest I found was an article about Apples and cyanide.

    http://www.snopes.com/food/warnings/apples.asp

I'd be interested to hear someone with a bit more knowledge than myself explain the oranges/arsenic one. The lack of articles that Google throws up would make my pragmatic side decide that it is effectively a non-issue.

I offer one guess where this came from.

I have not met Gary in person. But I believe he is a healer. Why? Because I have seen healing in action. It does happen. Medicine is not a precise science, so to be honest, proving it either way is difficult. You have to weigh up the odds.

    Blind faith?

I just don't understand why people are so trusting with people who are making such outrageous claims. Whereas most people would assume a cautious approach until they are reasonably convinced that something is genuine, their detault position seems to be one of believing. Maybe some one should point the Nigerian 419ers in this direction

Edited to add: The person who said that must be a complete moron, I'm sorry, I am just confused how someone can be so sucked into this fantasy world.

    Re: "non-evasive psychic surgery"

I've been thinking about the psychic surgery part of Gary's work again.

Some psychic surgeons do the trick where they claim to pull out bits of flesh or glass or basically anything from the body using sleight of hand. But I don't think Gary does that or claims to do that.

But he still uses his hands to do something, because he has said that people can watch his hands closely, and I assume from this that he is not using sleight of hand.

So, does this make Gary possibly the worst psychic surgeon ever? He can't even do the trick part, so is reduced to making up false testimonials to support his claims...

    Re: "non-evasive psychic surgery"

I've heard back from Winston Brooks of Brent and Harrow Trading Standards re the original Rodger Andrews testimony on www.garymannion.com. He tells me that Gary "has already recieved a verbal warning re this matter" (which would explain the re-wording) and that he will be in touch with Gary again about the unaltered version on the ABE Healing site. So a nice little result there...

Sangita Patel, the REAL Head of Physiotherapy at Northwick Park Hospital, had also e-mailed me about Gary:

I am concerned that this chap is practicing locally and I would not want our patients to be wrongly informed.

I've filled her in on the latest developments in the Gary Mannion Saga and suggested that a senior representative of Northwick Park would be well advised to contact Gary and ask him to stop using the hospital's name.

As for Rodger Andrews - if such a person exists and is able to produce solid evidence from the doctors who treated him before and after Gary's miracle, I'm sure we'd all love to hear it.

Some of the other testimonials on that same page strike me as being equally suspect, particularly this one:

Claire Carberry: Age 41, Chepstow – Claire is a MS sufferer and has been on a Zimmer frame for 6 years. After our first session Claire no longer needs her Zimmer frame to walk and leaves it at home when she goes out. We are now looking to get Claire 100% with her muscles in our next session.

Is Gary saying that he hopes to bring about a 100% cure of MS?

And this one is just - well, sad:

Mark Kellie and Darla-Star: Colchester - Dear Gary, Thank you for all you have done for my wife and I - emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically! Thank you for showing compassion and a smile even while you were in physical pain yourself, and worked to exhaustion. I have been suffering with pain and misaligned vertebra for ten years, and I can honestly say that after 3 appointments there is an 80% improvement. This is definitely not due to the placebo effect - as I have been to other healers and have myself done meditation and affirmation for many years. One thing I will never forget is the "Electrostatic Energy "that I felt flowing through my back the first time you worked on me! The emotional and mental blockages causing my physical symptoms are still leaving me, and I'm sure you/Abraham were the catalysts! You have also done good emotional and mental cleansing for my wife Kellie! She is also now able to walk with her feet correctly aligned after the first appointment when you balanced her male/female energies. Thank you!

Who would have thought that misaligned feet could be caused by an imbalance of male/female energies? The total misunderstanding of basic science and lack of critical thinking displayed here is enough to make you weep...
