Anyone go last night?
Brilliant bloke (we knew that) but with some fantastic material. I can't help but think that if Dave Gorman was up there with the same stuff, he'd have the place roaring with laughter.

Yes! Where were you sitting?
I came in quite late, if you were already seated you might have seen me - the tall leggy brunette with the brown polo neck and jeans. My hubby also has long hair and was wearing a white t-shirt.
It was great, I really enjoyed the talk, although the stuff about UK schools depressed the hell out of me.

I think I did see ya. I was on the left (as you walk in) towards the back. My wife went shopping, not the sort of thing she'd be interested in (what with her dad being a church warden and that!)
That stuff about the schools was an eye-opener, really shocked me. Glad I never bought a car from Reg Vardy.

He gets up, reads some stuff from the book (which is not as dull as it sounds, Lalla helps out and it's dead interesting), then there's questions then signing. I didn't stick around for the signing, had to get to the pub.
