If you could vote any member of UKS to be the next Prime Minister of the UK, who would you vote for and why?
P.S double points for voting for me ;D
P.P.S. I would be surprised by votes for me (although do vote for me)

I vote for HFT (daisyrain) as he is our only hope in humanities battle against Satan and all the Dire Minions of Hell

Honoured to be included, but as Plato said, those who seek power should be the last to get it. Philosophers should be rulers ... apparently. :-X

I've already vote (for myself), otherwise I would have voted for you, skbuncks. O0

Being PM requires conviction that you know the solutions to the countries problems in the absence of much of the relevant data, the ability to sell your ideas, the appearance of listening to all those with an interest and the determination to do what you intended before listening to anyone - hopefully the UKS is the wrong place to look.

I voted for myself - I would make a great PM because I have that much under-rated quality known only as 'da funk'.

I voted other and I am personally offended that I, Bunny, was not on the list. I would make a great Prime Minister, being humble and even tempered. I am so offended I will never post here again.

Only 10 options allowed and I was having problems spelling Buny. ;)

No excuse and I meant it when I said I was not going to post here ever again (Do'h)
Anyway the other reason it should be me is that I am my own person and never follow the herd. On the other hand the "Party Party" does have a ring to it - how do I sign up?
EDIT: I have just realized you can't vote twice. What sort of democracy is this?

Well I vote "other" and on the basis of voting for change I vote for Solar Flair. I have no idea who he or she is or what they stand for but I'm disillusioned with the status quo (since Francis Rossi cut his hair)

He moved at about the same time as the haircut. I'm not sure if he has moved out of Croydon or just to somewhere else within Croydon.
But if you're looking to vote for someone who might be able to tell him, to his face, to grow his hair back then I probably have more chance of bumping into him than any other candidate!
Vote Bob. Because it makes snese.

I belive he moved to Kent, shrunk a bit, went ginger, grew more hair and became a builder called Graham.

You have a point but my wife is from Northern Ireland and she used to say "vote early and vote often". (I realize I am on dicey ground here but I have been in a capricious mood for a few days now - in case anyone has noticed).

I wish to spoil my vote by voting for 2 people.
1. DrS, who would have to spend so much time commuting to and from Tenerife, she wouldn't have time to do too much harm.;)
2. Matt, simply because it will hopefully annoy him, as he has far more important things to do.:cheesy:

No need, I already took over the world as a teenager. Turns out it's not as much fun as you'd think. Running the world is a tedious business and after half an hour I delegated responsibility back to the various heads of state and international agencies. Most people didn't notice the transition and and from my dictatorial power over the world. It did happen very late at night: I for one was completely pissed and only knew about it the following morning because someone told me.

US Campaign Manager? Pressing the flesh in Washington DC? Can you "press the flesh" for me? If not then Monica Lewinski is getting the job.
I'm a little concerned that I'm not winning. This is obviously due to ballot rigging and hanging chads. I want UN observers called in immediately, and a revolution the day after the count to impose me as the genuine democratically elected leader.
When we are elected our priority will be: Bob, Bob and Bob.
(Apparently this stuff is more convincing if you say it three times. Were you convinced?)

I just do nothing, just sit here just in case something needs to be done. This is the nice side of my job, not always like this at all sites.

Some work to do would be nice. I'm self-unemployed at the moment. Nobody wants gizmos designed in a recession.
I have enjoyed having summer to myself for once, though. When I had work you could bet that when the customer went on holiday they would land me with a big pile of things to do and expect them done when they returned. I've managed some long overdue repairs and decorating to the house, and even started enjoying stuff that doesn't tax the brain cells too much. If I'm still out of work next summer I might even manage a holiday.
