Rosemount Cabernet Shiraz in a 250ml glass.

It's Friday, it's 7.50 and I am having a glass of Chardonnay Semillon... silky and peachy with a touch of fizz.

And a bowl of Greek yoghurt and honey, with blackberries I picked earlier today.

(And Corrie, of course.)

Got a glass of vanilla...sorry, Famous Grouse.

The Caol Ila and the Talisker are positively winking ^-^ at me, but that'd be sheer greed...

I have some orange squash.

Ginger beer is good, as long as it's not too fiery.

It's five past one, I've got a lovely buzz from Shepherd Neames' Spitfire and I'm listening to Pink Floyds' "Shine On you Crazy Diamond".

I'm happy :) :) :) :)

It's Saturday, it's 11:30am and I'm having a nice cup of tea and watching the 20:20 semifinals.

I may go down the pub for the final later on.

Love your taste in beverage and music, have you had a look at the new pulse DVD? its excellent, if that your thing.

I like a drop of the 'real' stuff myself, favorite at the moment is Abbot (special offer in Sainsbury's) have you tried Firecrest?, specially made for Sainsbury's by those fine people at Wychwood brewery.

Agreed on the Floyd DVD :)

And yeah, I've yet to find a Wychwood brew I didn't like although for ease of staying on the sofa Goliath is a winner ;)

1 On a low carb diet at the moment so the only beer I can have is Michelob Ultra

2 No, not seen the new Pulse DVD and yes I have been a life long Floyd Fan.

My favourite album for mood lifting and possitive thought is Meddle with Echos being as close to a spiritual elevation I will ever have
