I thought I'd share some info I discovered today.Has anyone heard of Bautforum ( Bad Astronomy and Universe Today Forum ) ? It's a really big forum with over ffty thousand members and surely they could offer input into the fors and againsts of ELECTRIC UNIVERSE.

Maybe there's a real scientist there to relay real solutions to here :)

That's not going to happen :'( because the so called "real scientists" are all Phil Plait groupies and Phil Plait is a avowed opponent of Electric Universe Theory. BAUT have made any discussion of Electric Universe very difficult through the implementation of very strict rules governing any EU topics.

BAUT is UK Skeptics in lab coats.......

When people representing Science resort to tatics of supressing open discussion about how or why the Universe is. Then it's time to call in the ''real calvary'' and wipe the board clean.

It's bin night tonight :)

You are suffering from paranoid delusions if you think Daisy Rain and I are the same person. I suggest you discuss your feelings with a Doctor to work out a treatment regime that is best for you.

Its not far removed from the suppression of unorthodox religious or political ideas by fascists - same dynamic - if it disturbs the status quo suppress it.

Ha! If only I could afford to buy anything in Bond Street. I have to go to Brent Cross.

[Imox, nobody wants you to go - I have no idea what this thread is about either, but it seems to be turning into a kind of game.]

Imox,

I will send you a Private Message and try to explain. It comes down to strange British Humour.

Your Private Message function does not seem to be active, but an email to you is on its way.

May I mention North Woolwich?

You may indeed, and a brilliant manoeuvre that is! But I feel I must invoke the Hildegard of Bingen strategy (half way down page 273 of the rule book), and say simply

Tooting.

Of course, because I live on the moon pennies drop six times slower here.
You know, 'cause of the gravity and everything...

Excellent move, obvious and yet sophisticated. All I can come up with is
Strawberry Hill. So, stick that up your pipe and smoke it!

The Hildegard of Bingen strategy? Very clever!(where the hell does she know that from?)Makes me nearly mate. Shall I answer with the Walther from the Vogelweide strategy? Okay, then:
