What strikes me is that if John McCain was president-elect right now Icke would have produced practically the same piece of nonsense.

What scares me is that there are actually people reading that and nodding their heads as if it makes any sense. It's also just occured to me that, actually, Icke isn't much or a writer.

I don't personally get what Obamania is all about. I think he's s shrewd corporate man, but ultimately just an opportunist and an empty suit who's going to leave a lot of his 'followers' very disappointed.

But DI is a definitely not a well man. His writings are filled with anti-Jewish (sorry, 'anti-Zionist') bilge, and the accompanying illustrations by David Dees are the most shocking examples of scare-mongering you could find this side of the Third Reich.

I recently pointed this out in a thread in the Edge Media forum, and was told by one DI devotee that I was 'filled with hate' and there was no point in arguing with me. Funny that.
