Does it say anywhere that he actually has a real job? You know a job that brings home the money for his wife and children? Money that will pay for the roof over his head etc. He can't possible live at home and not do anything all day apart from 'dream'. What sort of life is that to live? If my partner wanted to sit at home all day and have 'dreams' he I'l tell him to join a dating site and dream about that... don't think for a second I would sit around and encourage him......

I understood from his site that he sold websites/domain names for a living and that was all - but I could be wrong as I have been on more than one occasion ???

BY THE WAY, IF YOU THINK I'M TRYING TO MAKE MONEY OFF THIS ONE CASE, WHY WOULD I HAVE MADE ALL MY CONTRIBUTIONS PUBLIC...SINCE THE FIRST DAY...WHY WOULD I TAKE THE TIME TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNEW EXACTLY WHERE EVERY PENNY WAS GOING? I'M SURE YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ANSWER FOR THIS...BUT, YOU'RE WRONG.

Originally posted by FarSideOfTheMoon And that one is a fallacy - he can still make money by listing the contributions. He hasn't said where the money is going, just where it has come fromHe can also pick and choose how many of the contributions he lists.

From BL's 'Site news'.......

August 27th, 2007: Again it seems that's our power is getting shut off on the 30th of this month, I called for an extension but it was denied. I'm trying to get a medical form to prevent this from happening, as we have 12 day old baby, but was told WV law requires they have a serious medical condition. The reason why I'm posting this is just in case you do not hear for me for a few weeks, that's why. It also seems that I may need to start spending more time doing the domain selling thing and getting a part time job...as despite what some may think, this site does not pay the bills and actually I have lost 80% of my domains because I could not afford the renewal fee's. I really love what I'm doing and I'm sure in time it will pay the bills, but right now I need to take care of my family and pay the bills...even if it means working outside the home for a while :) On another note, the first day of school went well.....Brian

Where's the sad violinist icon when you need it? :cheesy:

So how doe she live? I mean it cant be too comfortable living and worrying about money troubles and if you can vend for your children without a second thought.. surely that must always be on your mind..... maybe popping in and out of dreams, or at the very least blurring visions.

Brian only started making the financial part of the "trip" to Portugal known after people started questioning things. At the beginning he stated that since he would be taking the "donations" through his private account, he would not be able to tell where the money was going to and he would not be able to give refunds. Mind you, he has since deleted that page... but I am sure most of us remembers reading it.

My understanding about his day job: him and his wife buy and sell domains. Why I say his wife, as well: her name shows up on some domains where his name is, too. Plus there are court cases that involve domain names, that exists against her. As a side note: how he uses his dream scam to take advantage of missing person cases, a lot of us feels that he may be also using his domain business to do so, too. One known case: domain history tools have shown that at one point he did own a Natalee Holloway domain... he snatched it up right after she went missing. He bought it for a little bit of nothing, and then turned around and greatly inflated the price of it.

Speculation is: he intended to profit off of her missing case by reselling the domain to those involved in finding her. Again, this is speculation, but it doesn't take much to put 2 and 2 together...

So he just waits for people to go missing - sees a pretty penny and goes for it. Thats pretty sick really when you think about it isn't it.
Theres me thinking it was just some sado with a good knowledge of computers that sat there maybe a few hours a day 'entertaining' himself with some fantasy that he could dream. But its obviously more than that - much more than that. He seems derranged. Something definately isn't right.

For someone who has spent "hundreds of hours on this case", he doesn't seem to be getting much in the way of results.

In my working days, if I'd spent hundreds of hours on a project and ended up with sweet FA to show for it, my boss would have mightily pissed off.

The moron is at is again, this time he is pleading for donations to stop his site going down.

Is there no end to the financial mess this man finds himself in?

Here's a tip, go get a job and stop publishing crap on the internet. It isn't like there isn't enough crap on the internet already.

December 7th, 2007: Having a little trouble paying this months hosting fees for this site, if you wish to contribute to help host this site, please visit this page (http://www.briansprediction.com/bills/hostingfees.htm).
December 5th, 2007: From what I know, my server has now been relocated to the new data center and it's completely back online...again, I'm very sorry for the outage and hope this does not keep you from coming back in the future :) 8:24 PM We had snow today...and just found out that our county cancelled school for tomorrow...do not know why, but I'm just excited as my son :)
December 4th, 2007: Day 5 and my server is still not up, and my host said to call them back tomorrow and they might be able to give me a status, they are also refusing to honor their 99.9% uptime guarantee. I'm really not able to afford to switch to a new host at this time, so I'm at the mercy of :: BriansDreams.com :: World's most popular dreaming site. He needs the money because Christmas is coming up and he's skint. If he can't afford the site fees then do what any logical person with an IQ if 137 would do - don't bloody pay them!!

Does anyone know if he's refunded any of the donations he collected for his trip to Portugal?

Back in December he posted that he didn't get paid from Kagi for the month (where the monies were collected for the trip and other stuff he brings money in on)... seems he owed Kagi money for refunds that they made back to those that requested it, in regards of the trip. How true this is, we do not know...

Up to his old tricks again, trying to get people to donate to his pathetic site.

Lets hope no one contributes, and his site disappears. :dancing:

Unfortunately I don't think that is very likely.

January 7th, 2008: Again...if anyone wishes to contribute to paying this months hosting fee's, please visit this page (http://www.briansprediction.com/bills/hostingfees.htm)...did not have any takers last time I asked, but this time I'm 11 days overdue and will not be able to pay it until around the 23rd. If you wish to make a general site donation, please click here, payments can be accepted via any method and currency. (http://www.briansprediction.com/donate/index.htm)

January 6th, 2008: Trying to get as many pending requests done as possible, I have not been able to keep up with my goal of 5 a day...but I'm trying my best. If you have a MP case you need me to work on, just send me an email and I will get to it as soon as I can...and as always, I never charge for any public work that I do but donations (http://www.briansprediction.com/DONATE.htm) of any amount are greatly appreciated...Brian

January 5th, 2008: Ok, breaks over :)

One can only hope he will fade away, and maybe that the amount of published skepticism, not least the numerous references to his lottery scams have meant that people Googling him might well have second thoughts about parting with cash.

Our friend Brian is up to his old tricks again.

From his regular email which I am lucky enough to still receive. Just 700 more dollars and Brian can help....does this sound a bit familiar to anyone?

Gale, the SOS search team and 2 search dogs will be leaving for tomorrow morning for Orlando Florida to aid in the search for missing toddler Caylee Anthony. (http://www.briansprediction.com/gale/Caylee%20Anthony.htm) It's a drive of almost 1,000 miles each way and they still need approximately $700 in donations to pay for travel expenses. Regardless of whatever we reach the $1,500 goal, the team will be on the way tomorrow morning. If you would like to help in the search, or make a donation, please visit Gales website at www.PsychicGale.com (http://www.psychicgale.com/). Additional case information and search status can be found in our SOS case files here (http://www.briansprediction.com/gale/Caylee%20Anthony.htm). If I'm able, I will be joining Gale and the team in Florida on Sunday...hopefully together we can help bring this case to a close, and expose the truth as to what really happened to Caylee.

Caylee Anthony is a big news item in the States at the moment. It has parallels with Madeleine McCann and Shannon Matthews cases in the UK.
