it's the 29th unofficially
(not counting the movie or xmas specials)
but since the new series began, they decided to start from 1 again, to avoid new viewers getting confused (likewise, they didn't start it with a regeneration sequence, to avoid that "wtf? moment" amongst people unfamiliar with Doctor Who)
