Julius von bismarcks fulgurator. Basically projects an image onto a surface at the exact same time a camera flash from another camera triggers, thus confusing the original photographer. Seems a bit like the old "right hand doesnt know what the left hand is upto". ???

Dunno mate, art maybe? Make people have a small "wtf" moment when they view the image. I mean thats what modern art is all about right? making a "statement" and everything?
