I haven't read it all but I thought I'd post this here.

It seems that a psychic sued a skeptic for claiming that she was a liar.

Strange website, it seems a little devoid of actual information. Maybe I didn't dig hard enough.

Psychics do sue (Randi V Geller etc), which is why we should be fairly careful with what we as an organisation say about any individual. None of our official content calls anyone a liar though so I think we're safe :-X

I just posted it out of interest - I haven't actually read it. ;D ::)

I make it a point not to call people liars etc. and never to make a claim unless I can substantiate it.

Usually all that is required is the reporting of information, like that pathetic psychic reading (http://www.skeptics.org.uk/documents/selfridges_psychic_reading.pdf) (PDF) from the 'psychic sisters', so that people can draw their own conclusions.
