Does anyone remember psychic questing?

Well, does anyone remember Psychic Questing - it was huge in the early 1990s (Andy Collins et al). Is it still going on? Do people / groups still get involved or has the bubble burst? If you dont know what I am talking about - ask me.... 8)

well, in the 1990s it became popular for mediums / psychics to go out into the 'field' and tune-in to sacred sites and / or locate buried treasures. Then they claimed that evil people were using black magic to hide objects of power at sacred sites to harness the power there to use for their own ends....

The 'quest' was to reveal the objects and sites, and find the people behind it and reveal the mystery of "the black alchemist"

I really wish I was making this up......

The craze then was for psychics to visit these sites and find anything they could and invent their own odd stories currounding such significant finds.....it was a big thing back then.....

I guess these days people are contented with broadband, HD TV and DVDs

My Gran used to go to spiritualist meetings during the war, no TV and radio was expensive.

Does seem a good way to get out in the fresh air and make friends.

All my 'friends' seem to be digital and somewhere out there my real life is running without me knowing.
