Firstly I do hope that no one was hurt during this 'obvious and violent escape plot'.

These chickens cleverly 'hatched' a plot to escape from captivity and I say good on you.
I wonder if in true investigative manner that police officers want the names of all missing and the suspected ring leader.
Do you think this will make Crimestoppers???

Well, the driver isn't too well and it took me 20 minutes extra to get to work this morning - and that was going in the opposite direction to the road closures.
Central Scotland is just a whisker away from gridlock at the best of times during rush hour.

I suspect fowl play. ;D
:eek3:
Isn't it customary when an 'act of God' like this save the lives of animals destined for slaughter that the survivors are given a reprieve and allowed to live the rest of their lives naturally?
Of course, chickens aren't as cuddly as lambs so it probably wouldn't have the anthropomorphic value as a news story.
Christ - I'm getting cynical in my old age!! ??? ;D

When I think of this story it reminds me of the Wallace and Gromit movie. I really wonder if that is whats really going on???
Is there an update on this story...Are there still chickens at large???
I have nothing but admiration for their bravery. I will never call a coward a chicken again (BTW does the term coward derive from cows???)???
