Pity she won't see it.

What is starting to bug me almost more than anything else about these parasites, is how chuffed they always seem to be when they can claim a hit. i.e.

"But tragically, 4-year-old Marie Payne wasn't found in time. Two weeks later, her body was found in Epping Forest, 10 miles from her home in Essex. The area matched my description. Colin Evans was later convicted of sexually abusing her and battering her to death."

It's like, "ignore the fact a horrific crime has taken place, look at me, I was right!". But then they are just publicity seeking whores.

I know what you mean.
Its like they take pride in being right despite the terrible circumstances.

They are basically whoring themselves in my opinion

I was inspired by Meercat's exposure of Sharon Neill on Badpsychics to send her the following e-mail:

Dear Ms Neill,

I would be interested to have your views on an article about you which appeared on the Badpsychics website today. According to your own website you were able to help the police in the Marie Payne abduction/murder case of 1983.

You have made the following claims:

That you received psychic information about Marie's abduction in March 1983 whilst watching "Eastenders". The first episode of "Eastenders" was not transmitted until February 1985.

You were asked by the police to take a lie detector test. British police forces did not use such tests until 2003, twenty years after Marie's murder.

The child's body was recovered "a couple of weeks later". It was actually not found until 14 months after her death.

The body was found in a location matching your description of a windowless concrete building. It was not, and Colin Evans himself led police to Marie's grave.

Do you accept that your version of events bears little resemblance to the facts, and if so will you be removing the story from your website?

There was no reply to this or two subsequent e-mails, so I tried again:

Dear Ms Neill,

I am beginning to wonder if you have been made aware of my three previous e-mails regarding your claim to have helped to solve the Marie Payne abduction/murder case of 1983.

For the fourth time, here are the relevant details:

(Cut)

Perhaps you could also inform me which police force dealt with the case and who was the officer in charge?

You have already been contacted by "Meercat" of www.badpsychics.com (http://www.badpsychics.com), whose investigation of the Payne case uncovered facts very different from your version of events. So far you have not responded to him either, which leads me to think that you cannot offer an adequate explanation for your callous exploitation of a child's murder.

Needless to say there was no response...

>:-) >:-) >:-)

I've managed to find details of three upcoming stage appearances by Ms Neill. My next step will be to contact local papers which might be tempted to run the usual "free advertising for psychics" blurb and suggest that one of their journalists might like to ask Neill some hard questions about her misrepresentation of the Marie Payne case.
