Hey, I'm up too! I keep weird hours, generally I go to bed at 2am in the week and catch up on my sleep at the weekends. This board is deserted after midnight, it's spooooooooky. I'm sure I saw a ghostly figure.

Oh, it's just Dr Woo in his stripey nightshirt and cap.

I think I'll rearrange the furniture while you're all asleep so when you wake up you'll bang into things.

I am here! And it's 3.11am! Wooo!

Just got back from the Eric Bristow thing. If you haven't danced to Europe's The Final Countdown, you haven't lived.

I've lived.

Ooooh!
Do you live in some sort of lab?
Do you have needles in you, and matchsticks propping your eyes open?

Because... that'd be quite funky.

I am a skeptibot.

My programming is pretty sophisticated, I even have a 'flirt' mode for skepdudes.

It's lonely being a robot :(

Kat
7th May 2006, 02:29 AM
You have a 'flirt' mode?
Coooool!

And I don't mind spending time with a robot. Just remind me not to suggest chess.
:P

I need the flirt mode for government missions. It's right next to the switch that says 'killer ninja' though, it can get a little confusing. Still, it's all the same to a robot like me.

Actually I'm poor at chess, I haven't the patience.

I'm good at Patience though.

NB to any USAian readers, you probably won't get that pun. Very sorry.

Kat

At least if you hit the 'killer ninja' button accidentally, you'll be all stealthy and no-one will learn of the error.

Mojo

Could there be more than one 7 o'clock in a day?

I'd need to see extraordinary evidence to back up a claim like that...

tkingdoll
8th May 2006, 10:53 PM
I recommend working for yourself. That way, you can work all the hours in the day but have the luxury of a lie-in the next day cause you haven't scheduled any 7:00am meetings.

Ahhhh flexible. Of course, I won't be saying that when I'm up at 2am on Sunday morning finishing a presentation or something.

So how did that 7AM meeting go? ???

There's a story up here in the news today about a woman who went to sit along the top of some cliffs. She fell asleep and fell off. ???

I think she's OK though.

Yeah, that's the way it goes in my line of work. I can be flat out for 24 hours straight then have 3 days with nothing to do.

But that's OK cause in those gaps I get to be a Skeptical Activist!
